INTRODUCING OUR PERSONAL SUPPORT PARTNER (PSP) PROGRAM

What is a PSP? 

A Personal Support Partner (PSP) is an online health and fitness coach trained by Style For Life, Inc. to assess and address the health and fitness issues of our Style For Life Home Fitness Club members and  clients.  Our PSP’s are all fitness guru’s who have a vast amount of knowledge, experience, and wellness/fitness resources to share with you to HELP YOU BE SUCESSFUL! 

How specifically will they accomplish this?

Our PSP’s begin by listening to you and assessing your particular health and fitness obstacles and goals--even walking you through an initial health assessment.  This information is used to determine your fitness needs and objectives, and decide which resources and tools should be offered to meet you right where you are!

What Resources and Tools do the PSP’s utilize?

Our PSP’s are not only trained by Style For Life, but they are also coaches through a FABULOUS online fitness community called “Team Beach Body”.  Team Beach Body is an amazing “planet” of wellness and fitness resources, tools, and motivation designed for anyone who is looking to transform their lives regardless of age and physical ability.  Because the Team Beach Body philosophy of supporting each other to better fitness is so closely related to our own vision of building relationships with our clients we have embraced Team Beach Body and all that it has to offer and have integrated that community and it’s resources into our PSP program.  

Don’t I need a Personal Trainer or Gym Membership if I really want to get healthy?

Well, if you want to pay the gym membership, the personal trainer (who can cost in excess of $95.00 per hour) and the gasoline to get back and forth to the gym, then feel free to do so.  But, if you don’t mind working out at home when it is most convenient for you, then save the money you were going to spend at the gym for that great reward you will deserve after finally reaching that goal!

Personal Support Partner Program (PSP)
All members will be contacted by one of our Personal Support Partners to get acquainted with necessary first steps of their program.  Gold and Silver members will receive their health/fitness assessment forms by e-mail.   These forms may be filled out and either e-mailed or faxed, or, you may have your PSP fill out the form for you during a call.

Gold and Silver Program Details:

Please select and purchase the membership opportunity you would like, Gold is automatically included with the purchace of our machine and Silver is JUST the Personal Support Partner Program for (4) 30 minute segments.However you must participate with your trainer by choosing a support partner and attending sessions in order to get the best results.

You will receive an immediate e mail with instructions on how to select your Personal Support Partner.

Your PSP program from start to finish will be over a 6 week period.  The number and duration of the contact calls will be determined by coordination of both client and PSP schedules.  Our program is built to accommodate your desires, goals and, most importantly, your schedule. 

Your program includes up to 4 hours of support. Our program will provide successful results when we both show up.  Your PSP is equipped to follow a system that explores, creates and supports a successful experience for each individual client. 

Our program will motivate you to increase wellness in your lifestyle and educate you in your desired areas of interest.
Your program will provide the following:

• Listening to and assessing your needs.
• Instruction on using and getting to know our Whole Body Vibration System.
• Goal setting.
• Personal fitness schedule with or without WBV
• Tracking results, ie, body measurements and body fat %--use of tools available through our affiliate Team Beach Body (TBB).
• Support  in providing awareness of breathing techniques, use of abdominal muscles, stability and balance.
• Accountability and journaling goals.
• Teach on how to best use the tools available through Team Beachbody, such as, free access to log daily workouts and ‘Play the Game’ in WOWY with the potential to be rewarded with cash or prizes.
• Nutrition and diet support.
• Ideas for cardio vascular exercise and additional resistance training exercises.
• Stress reduction tools and suggestions for rest and relaxation (both on and off WBV)

Bronze Program Details

• Select one of our wonderful Personal Support Partners and click on the link below their name.
• You will be directed to their Team Beach Body website.
• After signing up with their Team Beach Body website, your PSP will e-mail you and help you become familiar with the TBB membership.  Your PSP will be your life-long coach. 
• The first 30 days are free after which you will be billed quarterly at $38.87 –A fabulous investment in YOU! – That’s only $2.99 a week!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q) How will time be scheduled with my PSP?
 A) Time and duration is customized to accommodate both client and PSP schedules.
Q)  In the Gold & Silver membership, can I change and choose a different PSP?
A)  Yes, your original PSP is prepared for the likelihood of a mismatch and will help you make the switch.
Q)  I obtained my WBV through referral from my doctor.  Can you bill my insurance company for your support sessions?
A)  No
Q)  What if I sign up for the PSP program and I change my mind--is there a refund?
A)  For Gold members, the fee is included in the purchase price and, therefore, there is no refund.  For Silver members, if cancellation is determined prior to or the during health/fitness assessment call with PSP, there is a 50% refund of the $120 (or $60).
Q)  What if I have to cancel a PSP due to illness or unplanned conflict?
A)  No problem. Your PSP will re-schedule.  Please keep in mind the program needs to be completed from start to finish within a 6 week time-frame.
Q)  How do I contact my PSP?  Can I call?
A)  Initial contacts are by e-mail only. Your PSP will call you and, if mutually agreed upon, phone access will be arranged.
Q)  Is WBV all I need to feel better and get in shape?
A) It’s a good start. This also depends on your current health, fitness and activity level.  Your PSP will help you determine how to incorporate the WBV use into your lifestyle, whether you are using it for pain reduction, movement, enhancing your workout or relaxation.  Your PSP will educate and inspire additional fitness and health regimens important to vibrant longevity.
Q)  Will you supply me some guidelines for the WBV’s usage?  How long should I use it, at what frequency, how many times a day or week, in what positions?
A)  Especially all the above will be specifically addressed with your PSP. 
Q)  Can my children use the WBV?
A)  Each owner has the ability to determine this.  Younger children should be supervised.
Q)  Can the WBV be used by two at the same time?
A)  This will not be determined by your PSP, but have fun! Exceeding a max of 300 pound limit and/or horseplay may cause damage to your WBV.
